The following resource list is provided as a courtesy to participants of the Latah Farmers Market. It is not intended to be a comprehensive list. If you plan to sell goods at the Latah Farmers Market, you are responsible for knowing and following the law. The market manager does not currently have the training and legal expertise to advise you on how to comply with the myriad of laws and rules present in state and federal law. The market manager will merely ask you for your sellers permit and hold harmless document before allowing you to sell at the market. However, any government official can inspect you for compliance at any time. If you are found to be non-compliant, then you are out of luck.
